How to book
To book a survey you will need to have completed and confirmed your estimate. You can then book a survey online or over the phone.
Prior to your survey, we’ll email you our ultimate ‘Guide to Shutters’. This is jam-packed full of advice and should answer any final questions you might have before ordering.
We’ll also send a video of how we install shutters, so you know how they arrive, how long the process will take, the space needed to install and how we leave you home.
Timescale
A home survey can take a few hours to measure in detail depending on your windows so these appointments are reserved for customers who are ready to order.
Get a price first
So if you’re just looking for a price, it’s very easy to get an estimate online yourself, with just a rough width and height measurement of each window. Because it’s so quick and easy to get a price, at this stage we don’t actually need to visit your home.
