We will look at all your windows, listen to what you would like to achieve by having shutters, then discuss and advise the best design and layout to suit your windows. (ie, the folding, rails/splits, louvre size, upgrades, fitting etc)

Hopefully, you would have visited our showroom to look at the shutters, but we will bring some large samples with us and pop them up on your windows so you can see the different louvre sizes and how they look on your windows.

If your windows have protruding trim, air vents, or if the window is out of level we will explain what we can do to overcome these things.

You would have received an estimate before our visit, but we will first take some quick sizes and confirm the actual cost based on the final designs discussed in the form of a written quote.

Once we have agreed on the design, payment would be taken and we can start to measure all your windows in detail ready for ordering.

We carry a supply of temporary blinds with us when we measure, and as part of our service if you have just moved into a new house or you’ve taken down curtains to decorate. Then we can pop up some temporary blinds on a few of your key windows to ensure you have privacy while you wait for your new shutters.
