How can you pay for your shutters?

During our home survey, once we have discussed the final design and options you require, we will provide you with confirmed quotation. This can either be paid at the survey to get the ball rolling straight away, or after the survey if you would prefer to wait.

Bank Transfer

As we are a small family business, to keep credit card fees down, our payment preference is by bank transfer.

Once a quote has been raised, it is possible to pay online by visa debit or credit card, however, we do get charged high fees if you pay by credit card, hence our request for payment by BACs if possible.

Payment amount

As shutters are a made to measure product, we are charged when the order is placed. Therefore, a payment in full is preference to cover the costs straight away.

As you will now be aware and if you have studied our website or visited us in the showroom, we take a lot of care in what we do and most of the work involved in supplying shutters is all upfront.

We’ve put a lot of time into creating a robust seamless process to ensure your order runs smoothly from start to finish. So even once you’ve paid, our work does not stop, your order has to be processed, checked and ordered, factory questions answered and rail charts inspected, along with keeping you updated with progress and finally booking in your fitting, and all this happens in the background while you’re waiting for your shutters.

Your fitting is the only thing left outstanding, which is quite a small proportion of the cost and why we ask for payment in full for our expert local friendly service.

However, we understand that not everyone is comfortable with this so we can offer a 50% deposit to place the order with the balance due before or on the fitting day.
