Chichester Shutters have provided an absolutely fantastic service, fitting 6 beautiful plantation shutters to our home. We have been very impressed with both the excellent standard of work carried out and the level of customer care. The service from Chichester Shutters has been fantastic, and we are delighted with the shutters, they have transformed the house. The installation was extremely professional, the team were very careful as they assembled the frames, and they worked very respectfully around us to keep a safe distance. After the shutters were installed, they cleaned up perfectly, and left clear instructions and a set of spares should we ever need them. The shutters themselves are fantastic, they feel solid to operate but not overly heavy. The installation approach means that they can be popped out easily when we need to clean the windows, there was no drilling at all, so the installation does not affect the window frame. There is a noticeable reduction in noise and improvement in keeping the rooms warm, and they look fantastic. Overall, 10/10.

We had an excellent experience with Chichester Shutters. Even in spite of COVID, the company provided a superb service. A very safe physical encounter on both occasions when meeting their friendly, knowledgeable and professional representatives. The finished product is very well manufactured and skilfully installed. The work areas were left immaculately clean and tidy on completion of the installation. Sam, who installed our shutters was very polite, efficient and a credit to the company. These high quality shutters certainly add a touch of class to any room. We are extremely delighted with the shutters, the purchasing process and the installation.

We had six rooms fitted with shutters, three of which were rooms with large bay windows and we are very, very pleased. They not only make the rooms seem brighter, but smarter too. Lovely, clean lines and very easy to operate. The fitters turned up exactly on time (well, a couple of minutes early) were very friendly but Covid-aware and completed the work in less time than was estimated. They left our home clean and tidy. I have been very pleased with the service from initial contact to completion of the fitting. Everybody I dealt with were knowledgeable and friendly and at no time did I feel pressured. The shutters are well fitted and exactly what I wanted!

Sam and his team are rightly proud of their product and service. Customer service was excellent from start to finish; communication was always prompt and positive . Our shutters look great and are easy to clean and maintain and their Covid-secure working practices were the best I have encountered this year. We were informed up front of the need to ventilate each room beforehand and Sam and Claire wore masks throughout the whole day even though we kept windows and doors open and at least a two-metre distance when we were in the same room together which we kept to an absolute minimum. The build and fit was superbly efficient and mess-free. Great job! I would unreservedly recommend.

Our windows were accurately measured and adjustments made to ensure a perfect fit. COVID created some delay in the shipment arrival but the final result was excellent. I do not hesitate in recommending this company who are a family run business.

Top price for what is a premium product that they come to your home and take measurements and then come back and fit all the shutters for you. These shutters are head and shoulders above a lot of other old fashioned and highly mechanical products. I had heard horror stories about other makes and brands but these guys, a family run business do what they say on the label. Highly recommended

A bit of a delay in fitting because of lockdown but it was well worth the wait. Luke did a great job with the fitting taking so much care over getting it all perfect. My neighbour had Chichester Shutters installed and I asked her about them as I was looking to replace venetian blinds that didn't work too well with my high ceilings. The whole experience with Chichester Shutters was excellent from cradle to grave. During the first phase, the Survey, I was given excellent advice on size and colour of shutters to suite my house. The anticipated delivery date was met with two days to spare, despite Covid issues on delivery by manufacturer. The day of installation went ahead without hiccups and I have the shutters that meet my highest expectations. A truly local, family run enterprise.

From our initial telephone enquiry, to the last day of installation, the whole experience with Chichester Shutters has been stress free. They invited us to their show rooms in October 2020, to view their range and discuss our requirements. I am glad we did, as my husband was a little unsure about the idea of shutters but after seeing the quality of their product, he was convinced this was for us. We were given guidance and advice at the measuring stage, especially as we had large areas such as bi-folding doors. They kept us up to date with regard delivery, including a small delay due to covid restrictions. At the fitting stage, both fitters were courteous, respectful of our home and talked us through how the shutters would be fitted. From time from ordering to fitting was 3 months in total, but well worth the wait.
